Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lettings Quest's AI virtual assistant services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Services

Our AI services are provided for use by licensed letting and estate agents in the United Kingdom. You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not misuse or attempt to manipulate our services

3. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our AI call answering service. This excludes scheduled maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance) and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Data Processing

We process data on your behalf as a data processor under GDPR. You remain the data controller for your client information. We will process data only according to your instructions and applicable law.

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are exclusive of VAT. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, we will provide your data in a standard format.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
