Lettings Quest provides an AI-powered platform designed to help letting agents:

  • Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries automatically
  • Schedule and manage property viewings
  • Automate referencing and administrative tasks
  • Score and prioritise landlord leads
  • Track performance analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and automate tasks. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before being sent to third parties
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs
  • You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • You should not rely solely on AI for critical business decisions

7. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lettings Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lettings Quest, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
